Why go on a wellness retreat? There are tremendous benefits to stepping back from the busyness of day-to-day life, relaxing, and unwinding. From that place of rest, we can focus more clearly on our health and well-being. Connecting with other supportive women, participating in as many or as few group activities as desired, and simply being in nature, all contribute to the process. When we return home to "normal life" we are grounded, refreshed, rejuvenated and better able to continue giving of ourselves to others.

September 17-20th, 2023

Our retreat begins on Sunday afternoon with check-in starting at 4:00pm to get settled. A light supper will be served between 6:00-7:00, then we will have an opening session to meet each other and set our intentions for the retreat. We end the evening with a gentle stretch to help unwind from traveling and sleep like a (happy) baby.
Monday and Tuesday will start with a sunrise meditation/stretch (for the early-risers in the group), breakfast, morning program & breakout sessions. After lunch, the afternoon may be spent going for a hike, relaxing in the mineral pools or enjoying a spa treatment, napping or reading etc. We gather again for supper, followed by an evening yoga/movement session. And/or perhaps another soak in the mineral pools as the stars come out for the night...
On Wednesday, we will enjoy a final all-levels yoga class and wrap-up session, finishing in time to check out of our rooms at 11:00. A delicious sack lunch will be ready for you as you head home, or you may stay, enjoy lunch and complimentary use of the facilities for the rest of the day on your own.
