Let's help each other stay healthy and fit! A great way to do that is to jump-start our mornings with a fun fitness class together (virtually).
Join Julie for efficient and effective morning workouts from the comfort of your own home via Zoom. You don't need much space or lots of workout equipment. Her workout philosophy is "have fun and get it done"! You don't have to spend hours working out everyday to benefit from it!

Classes are usually held on Mondays and Thursdays starting at 7:25 am.
Mondays 7:25 am - 8:05 am
Upper Body Strength Training
This class will focus on exercises for the upper body (chest, back, biceps, shoulders and triceps). We will start with a short warm-up and stretch, strength training exercises, core strength, and then a brief ending stretch. Dumbbells and an exercise ball are helpful but not required. All fitness levels welcome.
Thursdays 7:25 am - 8:05 am
Lower Body Strength Training
This class will focus on exercises the lower body (quads, hamstrings, calves, and inner/outer thighs). We will start with a short warm-up and stretch, strength training exercises, core strength, and then a brief ending stretch. Dumbbells and an exercise ball are helpful but not required. All fitness levels welcome.

Julie is also available for 1:1 or small group 2-4 people zoom sessions, if you prefer a different time to workout or personal instruction.
