- The link between your gut, brain, emotions and immune system

- Simple, restorative stretching poses that are soothing and quieting to an overactive GI system
- Self-care techniques and exercises to stimulate a sluggish GI system (relieving bloating and constipation)
- Breathing and relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system (which aids digestion)

- Anatomy of the healthy (and not-so-healthy) digestive system
- Theory and philosophy of the digestive system from both Western and Eastern perspectives
