Self-care retreats for women
Why go on a self-care retreat? There are tremendous benefits to stepping back from the busyness of everyday life. From this place of rest, we can focus more clearly on our health and well-being. Connecting with other supportive women, participating in as many or as few group activities as desired, eating meals that are delicious AND nutritious, and simply being in nature, all contribute to the process. When we return home to "normal life" we are grounded, refreshed, rejuvenated and better able to continue giving of ourselves to others.
No large-group retreats are available at this time. If you have a group of up to 8 people and would like to have a private small-group retreat to Sedona, AZ, or Colorado, contact Diane to discuss the options!
