
Hi, my name is Diane Doolin. I’m a registered nurse, wellness mentor and instructor of mind-body classes. I love helping others begin or continue along their journey towards better health and well-being, and hope that my combination of skills can make that journey simpler and more fun! I blend an understanding of modern science with the holistic perspective of ancient traditions and top it all off with a healthy dose of common sense!
My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, professional fitness education (Therapeutic Yoga, Pilates, Functional Fitness, Myofascial Release, Somatics), and many Continuing Education intensives in whole-food nutrition and mind-body medicine.
I lead a variety of classes, workshops, retreats and online programs, while practicing nursing in the specialty of GI (Gastrointestinal) health. I enjoy reading the latest holistic news and research, and spending time in my kitchen creating and testing delicious recipes using nutrient-dense ingredients. When I am not in my kitchen, I can often be found in my vegetable and herb garden, taking a long walk or bike ride, in my studio creating new movement routines, or on the back porch relaxing and simply enjoying the day.
